Introduction and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Delhi 6 online gaming platform. They establish the rights and duties of both the operator and the user in connection with casino games, live gaming, promotional offers and related services (the Site). By registering an account, placing bets, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. • Promotions and Bonuses: Any marketing offers issued by the operator, subject to specific terms and conditions.
• Verification Documents: Documents requested to confirm identity, age and residence (for example, passport, national ID card, or driving license).
• Restricted Territories: Jurisdictions where the operator is not permitted to offer the Services or where access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person as defined in applicable data protection law.

Registration, Verification and Eligibility

To open an Account you must be at least the legal age required in your jurisdiction and resident in a place where online gambling is lawful. You must provide accurate, current information during registration and keep it up to date. A single Account per person, household or IP address is required unless expressly authorised otherwise. The operator may request verification of your identity, age and residence and may suspend or restrict your Account pending such verification. Deposits or withdrawals may be declined until verification is complete.

• Identity checks may require copies of documents (passport, driving license or official ID) and proof of address.
• Use of third party identities or aliases is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Account.
• We may restrict access to the Site in relation to certain jurisdictions or individual accounts as required by law or policy.

Account Security and Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your Account. You should enable available security features such as two factor authentication where offered and notify the operator immediately if you suspect any breach or unauthorized use. The operator is not liable for losses arising from negligent disclosure of credentials or from third party misuse not caused by the operator's failure to exercise reasonable care.

Real Money and Practice Modes

The Site offers two modes of play. Real Money Mode uses funds deposited into your Wallet and subject to the risk of loss. Practice Mode uses non redeemable, non monetary currency or play money and cannot be transferred to Real Money accounts. If features are transferred from Practice to Real Money and winnings arise from an inappropriate transfer, those winnings may be removed. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of each game before playing for real money and to review the RTP information published within each game's rules, noting that RTP is subject to change.

Wallet, Deposits and Withdrawals

Funds must be deposited into your Wallet from methods that belong to you. You may be subject to minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits as determined by the operator and in accordance with applicable law. All funds are held in the Wallet and are not guaranteed by any government body. Deposits and withdrawals are processed in currencies supported by the Site and may be subject to provider fees. The operator reserves the right to impose additional verification steps or enhanced due diligence prior to processing deposits or withdrawals and may delay or restrict transactions pending such checks.

• Deposits: You must provide a payment method that you own and that is eligible for use on the Site. A reasonable processing time applies depending on the payment method and provider.
• Withdrawals: You may withdraw to the original payment method used for the relevant deposit, subject to verification. If multiple withdrawals are pending, the operator may require consolidation into a single withdrawal before processing.
• Due Diligence: The operator may perform identity, source of funds and activity checks. The operator may suspend or restrict deposits, withdrawals or gameplay pending such checks.
• Fees and Charges: Fees may apply for deposits and withdrawals as charged by payment providers or as disclosed on the Site at the time of the transaction.

Promotions and Bonuses

Promotions and bonuses are offered subject to separate terms and conditions available on the Site. Each promotional offer may include requirements such as wagering, time limits, eligibility criteria and restrictions on certain games or bet types. Bonuses are non transferable and may be forfeited if you fail to comply with the applicable terms, or if your Account is closed, suspended or restricted for any reason. The operator reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at its sole discretion and to determine whether a bonus has been earned or redeemed.

Responsible Gambling

The operator supports responsible gambling initiatives and provides tools for self assessment, limits and self exclusion. You may set deposit, time, and loss limits, as well as self exclude for a defined period. Any self exclusion or limit changes are implemented in accordance with the Site policies and applicable law.

Privacy and Data Processing

Your personal data is processed in compliance with the operator's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Restricted Territories and Compliance

The Services are not available in jurisdictions where prohibited by law or regulation. The operator reserves the right to restrict access to the Site for users located in or connecting from Restricted Territories. By accessing or using the Site you affirm that you are not located in a Restricted Territory and that your use does not violate local law. The operator may periodically update the list of restricted jurisdictions and update this clause accordingly.

Intellectual Property and Software License

The Site and its Software are the property of the operator or its licensors. The user is granted a non exclusive, non transferable license to use the Software for personal, non commercial purposes in connection with the Site. No right, title or interest in or to the Software or accompanying documentation is transferred to you other than the limited license described. Changes to Terms; Entire Agreement

The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the Site and take effect in accordance with the stated notice period. Your continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable Bonus Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and the operator and supersede all prior agreements.

Termination, Suspension and Closure

The operator may suspend, restrict or terminate your Account at any time for reasons including violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or collusion, non compliance with legal obligations, or at the operator’s discretion in the interest of integrity or safety. Upon termination, all remaining funds in the Wallet may be returned in accordance with applicable rules and subject to any legal obligations or restrictions. The operator may void bets and void bonuses where appropriate in connection with termination or suspension.

Inactive Accounts

An Account that has not been accessed for a specified period may be deemed inactive and may be closed or subjected to automatic restrictions. Any remaining funds will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Site policies.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established and licensed. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except to the extent that a mandatory alternative dispute resolution mechanism applies.

Dispute Resolution and Complaints

If you have a dispute, you should contact the Site support team in the first instance. The operator will respond in accordance with its internal complaint handling procedures. If a dispute remains unresolved as required by applicable law, you may have rights to seek independent dispute resolution, including arbitration, where available by law.
